YOUR JOB

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead Bonboon's operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You uphold high standards for service and quality within your team. Working hands-on in service as part of our waiting staff, you lead the team by example and are present on the restaurant floor five evenings a week. With your active presence, you create a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, both for the guests and for the team, and contribute to a world without animal cruelty. Your experience in managing upscale fine-dining restaurants is crucial for this role.

In addition to your operational role, you are responsible for hiring new team members. You collaborate closely with the HR, marketing, and reservations teams, receiving their support to keep the restaurant running smoothly. You excel in motivating your colleagues and sharing your passion for hospitality and vegan cuisine with them.

As a Restaurant Manager, you derive energy from leading, coordinating, and supporting colleagues. Moreover, you are a dedicated team player who nurtures a positive atmosphere within the Bonboon team through coaching, motivation, and openness to feedback from your colleagues.

Experience in a leadership role in a fine-dining restaurant and proficiency in English are required. An interest in vegan cuisine is a plus.
