YOUR JOB

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for inspecting the rooms and managing the Housekeeping team four days a week. The fifth day you will strengthen the team as Housekeeping Employee. You will immediately see where improvements are needed and ensure that the rooms meet the highest standards. In addition:

  • Supervise and coach the Housekeeping team, actively steering for quality and efficiency.
  • You check and register extra tasks and ensure a good division of tasks within the team.
  • You keep track of stock and ensure that orders are placed on time.
  • You work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and complement each other to ensure the department functions optimally.
  • You contribute to a positive team dynamic and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere.

You have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. In addition, this position is not entirely new to you, but you already have some experience working in Housekeeping.
