GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR

YOUR JOB

As Guest Service Supervisor, you are the linchpin at Hotel Roemer. Your tasks include providing a hospitable check-in and check-out for our guests, answering questions and solving problems, from both colleagues and guests. In addition, you will support the Hotel Manager in leading Hotel Roemer. You help new colleagues with onboarding and ensure that your team stays motivated. In addition, you act as the point of contact for all Guest Service Agents in Hotel Roemer.

THE (PERFECT) MATCH

You have experience in the hotel industry and/or behind the Front Office. Solving problems of guests and colleagues is something you get energy from. Furthermore, you are stress resistant and can switch quickly. You strive for ultimate hospitality and are fluent in English.
